Official Rules - No Purchase Necessary

1.   To enter the "Rohto Spring Break Eyedrenaline Sweepstakes" ("Sweepstakes"), complete and submit the online entry form at www.cool4eyes.com between 12:00am Eastern Time ("ET") on 9/3/07 and 11:59pm ET on 11/4/07. Limit of four entries per person or e-mail address per week. Online entrants must be the authorized account holder of the email account from which the entry is made.

2.   Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States residing in the fifty (50) states or District of Columbia, age 18 or older. Employees of The Mentholatum Co., Inc. ("Sponsor"), their affiliates, subsidiaries, dealers, distributors, retailers, advertising and production agencies, electronic media firms, Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, and their immediate families and those living in the same household are not eligible. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited by law. Odds of winning depend upon the number of entries received.

3.   Prizes and approximate retail values ("ARV"): 1 Grand Prize: Trip for four people to Spring Break 2008 (2/23/08-3/31/08) in Acapulco, Mexico, consisting of roundtrip coach air transportation from major U.S. international airport nearest winner's residence departing on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, 7 nights quad-occupancy hotel room, and roundtrip transfers between airport and hotel ($8,000 ARV); 2 First Prizes: winner's choice of a trip for two people to a Spring Break 2008 (2/23/08-3/31/08) destination in the contiguous U.S. based on a list of available trip packages provided by Sponsor, consisting of roundtrip coach air transportation from major U.S. airport nearest winner's residence departing on a Saturday or Sunday, and 6 nights (Sunday departure) or 7 nights (Saturday departure) double-occupancy hotel room ($3,000 ARV each); 10 Second Prizes: Fun in the Sun Gift Pack of sunglasses, backpack and pair of sandals to be awarded in the form of an online gift certificate ($440 ARV each);

6. Total ARV of all prizes: $22,900. Trip winners must travel on dates specified by Sponsor and trip arrangements are subject to space and departure availability between 2/23/08 and 3/31/08. Trip winners and companions must travel on same itinerary. Hotel may require reimbursable damage deposit per person upon check-in for accommodations during Spring Break. Grand Prize winner and companions are responsible for passport requirements.

7. Weekly winners will be selected on or about the Monday following each week's end date from among entries received during that week; for example, entries received between 9/3/07 and 9/9/07 will be included in the first week's drawing to take place on or about 9/10/07. Grand, First and Second Prize Winners will be selected on or about one week following the entry deadline from among all entries received during each entry period, with these prizes all being selected by 11/12/07. Winners will be selected in random drawings conducted under the supervision of Sweepstakes Consulting, LLC, an independent judging agency whose decisions are final. Limit of one prize per person per week. Winners will be notified by e-mail. Major prize winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, which must be returned within 14 days of the date on the notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Trip winner travel companions will be required to execute a Liability/Publicity Release prior to issuance of travel documents. If a travel companion is a minor, he/she must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Weekly winners will be notified by e-mail and may be required to verify their current e-mail address prior to prize fulfillment. Any prize notification or prize returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution for prizes except as may be necessary due to unavailability, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Taxes are the winner's responsibility. Prize acceptance constitutes permission (except where prohibited) to use winner's name and likeness for publicity purposes without additional compensation. Participants, by participating in this Sweepstakes, hereby waive and release, and agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, from and against, any and all rights, claims and causes of action whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, against any of them for any liability for any matter, cause of thing whatsoever, including but not limited to any injury, loss, damage, whether direct, compensatory, incidental or consequential, to person, including death and property, arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from their acceptance, possession, use or misuse of a prize in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in the Sweepstakes, or their participation in any Sweepstakes or prize related activity, or any travel related to the Sweepstakes, or any travel for any prize related activity. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, incomplete or illegible entries or Internet technical, hardware, software, telephone, or transmission failures of any kind, which may limit a person's ability to enter the Sweepstakes. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for any injury or damage to entrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from entering or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or suspend advertising the Sweepstakes on the Internet should a computer virus, unauthorized intervention or other cause corrupt the integrity or proper conduct of the promotion. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant found to be disrupting the operation of the Sweepstakes or its web site.
